Thomas founded Solkysten and brings over 10 years of experience advising buyers on the Costa del Sol. He has followed the region’s property market through a decade of growth and change, building extensive local knowledge and an established network.
Thomas Larsen
Senior Property Advisor
Thomas brings 24 years of combined experience in estate agency in Norway and advising homebuyers on the Costa del Sol. He studied at BI Norwegian Business School and previously worked with Norwegian estate agencies including PrivatMegleren and Nordvik.
Niclas Ask
Property Manager
Niclas is your local contact for property management. He oversees the care of your home and coordinates ongoing follow-up with Solkysten’s team and regular local partners.
Veronica Huser
External Legal Advisor
Veronica has a legal education from Spain, where she has lived for 15 years, and works with property law, inheritance law, wills and company formation, among other areas. She speaks Norwegian, English and Spanish.
